Brief introduction of different types of power cords (1)
Earthquake rubber power cord
1. For land use: small outer diameter, lightweight, softness, abrasion resistance, bending resistance, weather resistance, water resistance, interference resistance, good insulation performance, easy identification of core wires, and convenient organization of complete sets.
The wires are thinly insulated with a soft structure or enameled wire, the cores are twisted and separated, the insulation is made of a material with a small dielectric constant, and the sheath is made of polyurethane material.
2. Aviation: non-magnetic, tensile strength, small outer diameter, lightweight.
Copper conductor
3. For marine use: good sound permeability, good water resistance, moderate floating, can float to a certain depth underwater, good resistance to pulling, bending, and interference.
Special sound-transmitting material, reinforced wire core, or armored foamed inner sheath to adjust the floating degree.
Control signal rubber power cord
1. Because the control signal rubber power cord is used to control the measurement system, it is required that the rubber power cord work safely and reliably;
2. Generally fixed installation, but the rubber power cord and the device connection
Requires softness and can withstand multiple bending without breaking;
3. The working voltage is 380V and below, and the voltage of the signal rubber power line is lower;
4. The working current of the signal rubber power line is generally less than 4A. When the control rubber power line is used as the main device circuit, the current is slightly larger, so the cross-section can be selected according to the line voltage drop and mechanical properties.
5. Structure
1) The conductor adopts copper core, fixed laying adopts a single structure, and 7 stranded structures are added; mobile adopts 5 types of soft conductor structure to meet the flexibility and resistance to bending; 2) mainly uses polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, natural butyl insulation Insulation such as styrene rubber; 3) The insulated core should be reversed into a cable to make the structure more stable; for the field rubber power cords, the nylon rope is used to increase the tensile capacity, while the same direction cable can increase the softness; 4) Sheath: mainly use polyvinyl chloride, neoprene, and nitrile butadiene vinyl chloride composites.
1. The rubber power cord should be hung freely before use, and fully withdrawn. The rubber power cord's reinforcing core should be fixed and bear the tensile force at the same time.
2. Multiple rubber power cords should be laid in rows. During operation, the rubber power cords move up and down with ...
