1. Inner sheath of the power cord
In order to maintain the insulated wire core from being scratched by the armor, it is necessary to properly maintain the insulation layer. The inner protective layer is divided into an extruded inner protective layer (isolation sleeve) and a wrapped inner protective layer (cushion). The wrapping cushion layer replaces the binding tape and is synchronized with the cable-forming process.
2. Power line armor

3. Outer sheath of the power cord
The outer sheath is a part of the structure that maintains the insulation of the power cord to prevent corrosion of the elements. The primary effect of the outer sheath is to improve the mechanical strength of the power cord, protection against chemical attack, moisture, and water infiltration, and prevention of burning the power cord. According to the divergence of the power cord, an extruder should be used to directly extrude the plastic sheath.
